Indy Tech Fix will soon part ways with a key vendor (NinjaOne, formerly NinjaRMM) instrumental in deploying and licensing several services we offer. This change affects clients subscribed to "Layered Automated Protection," "Remote only managed IT," or "Enterprise-grade layered protection."


Affected Services:

The discontinuation of this partnership means that the following programs and utilities on your device might soon lose licensing, potentially leading to a cessation of their functions:  

- Bitdefender Enterprise Antivirus  

- Huntress Intrusion Protection  

- Shadowprotect

- Lumension Patch Management


Immediate Actions We're Taking:

To ensure transparency and fairness, we are immediately cancelling any automatic payment profiles linked to these services. Rest assured, you will not incur charges for these services during any outage.  If you have a prepaid balance remaining, we'll work closely with you to ensure you get the protection and maintenance you deserve.  We will be scheduling visits to set up alternative solutions and perform routine maintenance; if any scheduled visits are at an inconvenient time, there will be a link to reschedule on  the appointment reminder email.
